Remote Digital Advice Session Supervisor
Hours – Full time 37 hours per week
Salary - £22,462 per annum
As our face to face advice has reduced, volunteers are adapting to providing advice through webchat, telephone, email and video calls. The purpose of this role is to develop effective support for volunteers using the same digital methods.
We are looking for a forward thinking team player with a ‘can do’ attitude and the creativity needed to ensure our volunteers continue to receive a high quality level of training and support, wherever they are based.
You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to supervise, motivate and manage people. You will complement this with strong IT skills and ability to analyse and interpret information.
This is a fixed term contract for 12 months. However it is intended to create a permanent role subject to the success of the pilot and availability of funding.
Whilst experience of working within Citizens Advice would be desirable, we will happily support the right person through Citizens Advice accredited training to enable them to carry out the role.
You will be home based but will have regular remote contact with the three local offices.
Closing date: Wednesday 6th January 2021
Interview to be confirmed shortly after closing date.
